I am an Integrative Health practitioner, chiropractic intern, and the Founder & CEO of Innately Empowered, a faith-centred integrative health practice focused on bioenergetic assessment and whole-person restoration. I began my academic journey with a Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing and Journalism, and later worked in production with BBC Radio, where I developed a deep respect for patterns, systems, and the stories the body and mind carry.

My path into health was shaped by personal experience with illness, trauma, and exhaustion. In 2021, I qualified as an Integrative Health Practitioner under naturopath Dr Stephen Cabral, and since then I have supported women navigating complex symptoms, burnout, and long-standing imbalances. I later completed the MBCE programme, specialising in recognising red flags and functional patterns within blood work as part of a broader integrative lens.

As a Bioenergetic Practitioner, I study patterns beneath symptoms, observing how the body communicates through energetic signals, rhythms, and regulatory pathways. My work has been shaped through dedicated study and mentorship under leading practitioners in the field of bioenergetic medicine, refining my ability to recognise subtle yet meaningful imbalances.

In 2022, I began my second Master’s degree in Chiropractic at McTimoney College of Chiropractic and I am now a chiropractic intern in my final residency year. My work through Innately Empowered is rooted in bioenergetic assessment, clinical reasoning, and a faith-centred understanding of the body as an intelligent communication system, created with rhythm, order, and an innate capacity for healing.
