These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in any programme, consultation, or service (the "Services") offered by Innately Empowered Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any of our Services, you agree to these Terms in full.
1. About Our Services - Innately Empowered offers integrative health consultations, bioenergetic assessments, health coaching programmes, and related educational resources. Services may include, but are not limited to, one-to-one consultations, group coaching, Qest4 bioenergetic scanning, written materials, audio or video content, and community spaces. All content is educational and informational in nature and does not constitute medical advice or treatment.
2. Eligibility - You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our Services. By booking or enrolling, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Payment & Fees- You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen Service in full at the time of booking, or in accordance with any approved payment plan. All prices are listed in British pounds (GBP) unless otherwise stated. Payment plans are binding and must be completed regardless of participation level. Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or removal of access to Services.
4. Refund Policy - Due to the personalised and digital nature of our Services: All sales are final. No refunds, partial refunds, or credits are provided once access has been granted or a session has been delivered. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
Exceptions: Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows will be forfeited without refund.
5. No Guarantees - While our Services are designed to support your health, clarity, and wellbeing: We make no guarantees regarding specific health outcomes, symptom resolution, or results. Outcomes vary based on individual circumstances, commitment, and factors beyond our control. You understand that you are fully responsible for your own health decisions and results.

You are expected to engage with honesty, openness, and personal responsibility.
Our Services are a supportive and educational offering, not a substitute for individualised medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice.
You will inform us of any relevant medical conditions, medications, or contraindications prior to your session.
7. Scope of Practice & Disclaimer Our Services:
Do not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription.
Do not establish a doctor–patient or therapist–client relationship.
Are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition.
Include bioenergetic and holistic assessments that are complementary in nature and should not replace the advice of a licensed medical professional.
You are strongly encouraged to consult your GP or relevant licensed healthcare professional for any medical concerns.
8. Confidentiality - We respect the privacy of all clients. Where group settings are involved, you agree to:
Maintain confidentiality of other participants' shared experiences and personal information.
Not disclose, record, or distribute private discussions without explicit written permission.
Breach of confidentiality may result in immediate removal from the programme without refund.
9. Intellectual Property - All materials, content, and resources provided through our Services are the exclusive intellectual property of Innately Empowered Ltd and are protected under applicable copyright law.
You may use materials for your own personal health and educational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or share materials, or use them to create competing programmes or offerings. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
10. Community Standards - Where community or group spaces are provided, you agree to:
Engage respectfully, professionally, and with integrity.
Honour the faith-centred, values-aligned ethos of the space.
Refrain from harassment, unsolicited promotion, or disruptive behaviour.
We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates community standards, without refund.
11. Termination of Access - We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any Service if you violate these Terms, engage in harmful or unethical behaviour, or fail to meet payment obligations. Termination does not release you from outstanding payment responsibilities.
12. Limitation of Liability - To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innately Empowered Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our Services. Your participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
13. Indemnification - You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innately Empowered Ltd, its directors, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in or misuse of our Services.
14. Governing Law - These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
